Main areas of experience

Pablo has specialised in Commercial Law since 2017. He is experienced in the areas of Corporate, MA, and Transactions, where he advises companies (domestic and international) in processes to acquire or sell all or part of their share capital as well as in restructuring processes. He has also participated in multiple venture capital operations, supporting and advising entrepreneurs, start-ups, and investors, as the case may be, from the pre-seed and seed stages to the growth and exit phases, facilitating the structuring and scaling up of projects until they are consolidated in the market.

Pablo has participated in operations including:

• International purchase operation in which a French fund acquired more than 51% of a group of companies in the energy sector with a presence in Spain and Latin America. Advising the foreign fund.
• Advice to an important start-up in the technology and entertainment sector for an amount exceeding 6 million euros as well as in its internationalisation.
• Merger between two companies in the optical industry.
• Restructuring of a group of companies in the real estate sector.
• In addition, he is the Non-Director Deputy Secretary of a leading start-up in the Fintech sector.
