Background
Juan, who graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid with a Bachelor of Laws, has been part of the Aledra team since March 2021. Since joining the firm as a legal assistant, he has had the opportunity to attend general shareholders’ meetings and to support the team in various commercial operations, such as financing rounds, due diligence, and corporate restructuring processes.

Main areas of experience
Juan has experience in the establishment of Economic Interest Groups and trading companies as well as in secretariat duties for corporate administrative bodies, including attendance at general shareholders’ meetings.
He has been part of advisory teams for the drafting of commercial contracts, share purchase agreements, and partner agreements.
