Background
José Enrique joined act legal Spain in 2022 and has over nine years of experience as a lawyer.
He previously worked in the bankruptcy department at Altamira and in the bankruptcy and procedural department at KPMG Abogados. There, he provided legal representation in a wide range of litigations, from those concerning breaches of contract, corporate conflicts, construction defects, and unfair competition to legal disputes arising from non-compliance with agency and distribution contracts, among others, for clients in different fields.
José Enrique also has experience in bankruptcy proceedings, having served as both a trustee and as a legal representative of creditors. He has represented both individuals and companies at every stage of the bankruptcy process, from the filing of the bankruptcy petition to the discharge stage.

Furthermore, he has experience in bankruptcy law, having served as a bankruptcy administrator in various bankruptcy proceedings and advised individuals and legal entities about filing for bankruptcy.
