Fernando González
Background
Fernando has more than 25 years of experience advising Spanish companies and individuals on financial and banking law, repossessions, bankruptcy, claims for defective products, and civil proceedings.
From 1989 to 1996, he was an in-house lawyer at RENAULT FINANCIACIONES, S.A., currently RCI BANQUE, S.A. SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA, where he held various positions, including head of the legal team.
In 1997, he joined the law firm ABSA, and in 2000, he began working at Colón de Carvajal Abogados, currently Aledra Legal Abogados, where he remains to this day.
Fernando is specialised in procedural practice, banking, finance, and real estate. He has managed large civil lawsuits in these sectors.

Civil lawsuits for all kinds of claims, evictions, consumer law, drafting of contracts, bankruptcy proceedings for both natural and legal persons, defending debtors and creditors.
