Celia, an expert lawyer in the Fintech and Corporate areas, has worked at law firms for several years, advising tech companies both domestically and internationally, especially on contractual matters and financial regulations. In addition, in the field of commercial and corporate law, she has participated in various restructuring operations and structural modifications.
Regarding her education, Celia graduated from the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) with a dual Bachelor of Laws and Political Science. She subsequently specialised by earning an Expert Degree in Corporate Governance and M&A Operations at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and completed a Master of Access to the Legal Profession.

Main areas of experience

In the tech field, she has advised tech companies, especially in projects related to blockchain, and provided legal advice on public offerings of securities, NFT, ICO, and STO issuances as well as advising on regulatory matters to payment entities and crypto asset exchanges.
